We are arranging accommodation for the participants and the accompanying persons at the King’s Hotel***. The hotel is recently renovated, centrally located and very close to the Congress’ location. Rooms are nice, tidy, and affordable.

You may choose single/double/twin/triple/four bed rooms, the special prices for ICYE2009 participants are 55/65/65/75/85 € per room per night respectively. Breakfast, internet, and all taxes are included.

If you are coming by yourself, but would be happy to share a room with others, we would be happy to help everyone to find occasional roommates.

Payments for accommodation shall be transferred to the same account number as the registration fees (see above), no later then 15 August 2009.

Cancellation with full reimbursement shall be made before 15 August 2009. No reimbursements are possible for rooms cancelled after this date.
